Payment, public holidays and more
- Payment: Cash, all major debit and credit cards including American Express, PostFinance Card and TWINT.
- Public holidays: Closed on New Year's Day, Good Friday, Easter Monday, Ascension Day, Whit Monday, 1 August, All Saints' Day, Christmas Day and St Stephen's Day. Open until 17:00 on Maundy Thursday, 24 and 31 December. Open from 12:00 to 17:00 on the Sunday shopping days in December.
- Loan device: On request, we will lend you a replacement device free of charge during the repair, if we have one available in store (we cannot guarantee this).
- Buy-back and trade-in: We buy old devices or accept them in part exchange. Ask us for an offer.
- Languages: Advice in German and English.
