New original part, exactly as the manufacturer supplies it to authorised service centres, with the manufacturer part number. The highest grade.

Pulled

Pulled original part

Removed from a new or as-new device and tested. In function and quality an original part; may show minimal signs of use.

Refurbished

Refurbished original panel

Original panel, refurbished. Original quality at a lower price – and a display that lives on instead of ending up as waste.

Premium

If aftermarket, then only the best

Where no original part is available, we use the highest-quality copy there is.

The same warranty applies to all grades: 2 years. All quality grades and warranty terms
