How fast is the express repair?
We complete standard repairs such as screen or battery replacements in 30-60 minutes on site. For complex repairs (mainboard, water damage), we need 1-3 days.
Which devices and brands do you repair?
We repair all common smartphones, tablets and laptops: Apple (iPhone, iPad, MacBook), Samsung Galaxy/Tab, Google Pixel, OnePlus, Xiaomi, Oppo, Huawei, Honor, Sony and Microsoft Surface, as well as laptops from HP, Lenovo, Acer and Asus. For special devices, just ask us.
What about data security?
We comply with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and offer non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) for sensitive data. Business-critical devices are handled separately, and storage media can be destroyed with certification if required. On request, you receive written confirmation.
Is there a pick-up service?
We offer a tiered pick-up service: locally in the St. Gallen and Aargau region from 5 devices, German-speaking Switzerland from 10 devices. We collect the devices from you free of charge and return them repaired.
How is billing handled?
From your fourth order, you receive an invoice by email with your UID number and 30 days to pay. Until then, you pay by credit card, TWINT or bank transfer. Direct billing with various insurers is possible.
Can we get loan devices?
Yes. On request, we lend you a loan device free of charge, provided we have one available on site.
Are there volume discounts?
Yes: 10% discount from 5 devices, 15% from 10 devices, and from 25 devices we negotiate individually.
What warranty do you give?
12-month full warranty on all repairs and the parts used. We use only original parts or high-quality spare parts.
