When the SIM tray needs replacing
- The SIM tray has been lost.
- It is bent or broken and no longer slides in properly.
- The SIM card is not recognised because it doesn’t sit properly in the damaged tray.
Pulled: pulled original part
A genuine Apple part, removed from a new or as-new device and tested by us. In function and quality an original part; it may show minimal signs of use. It fits the iPhone 13 Pro with model number A2638. Choose the colour to match your device – the easiest way is to compare it with the part you removed.
What installation involves
The tray simply slides in – you need no tools apart from a SIM pin. Make sure the card is facing the right way.
