• The touchscreen no longer responds, only responds in places or registers touches by itself.
• The screen stays black even though the device still rings or vibrates.

The part comes from the official Motorola spare parts programme and carries the manufacturer part number 5D68C23810 – the same component an authorised repair centre installs, not a copy.

What installation involves

Before installing, it’s worth comparing it with the display you removed: which small parts – such as brackets, sensors or speaker grilles – need to be transferred depends on the model and the delivery. Connect the new display without adhesive first and check the image and touch before gluing it in.
