Description
Cover display for the Galaxy Z Flip 6 in Crafted Black
The cover display is the small screen on the outside of the Galaxy Z Flip 6 – for the time, notifications and selfies while the device is folded.
When the cover display needs replacing
- The cover display is cracked.
- It shows stripes or spots, or stays black.
- Touch on the cover display no longer responds.
Service Pack: original part from Samsung
The part comes from the official Samsung spare parts programme and carries the manufacturer part number GH97-30012E – the same component an authorised repair centre installs, not a copy. It fits the Galaxy Z Flip 6 with model number SM-F741B. Choose the colour to match your device – the easiest way is to compare it with the part you removed.
What installation involves
The cover display is glued in and is loosened with heat. Afterwards all adhesive residue must be removed thoroughly.
