The part comes from the official Xiaomi spare parts programme and carries the manufacturer part number 56003000O1000 – the same component an authorised repair centre installs, not a copy. Choose the colour to match your device – the easiest way is to compare it with the part you removed.

What installation involves

The back cover is glued on. It is loosened with heat; afterwards all adhesive residue must be removed thoroughly before the new cover is fitted and pressed on evenly for a while.
