The back cover is the rear of the Motorola Moto G52: it closes off the housing at the back and protects the battery and internals from dust and knocks.

What installation involves

The back cover is glued on. It is loosened with heat; afterwards all adhesive residue must be removed thoroughly before the new cover is fitted and pressed on evenly for a while.
